Holiday rental support
Changeovers plus key holding, pre-arrival preparation, arrival/departure support where agreed, checks and maintenance reporting. The scope is tailored to the owner or property manager.
Full property care
A combined plan for regular checks, changeovers, cleaning and maintenance coordination, with a local contact for the agreed services. Contractor and pool/garden coordination can be included where needed.
When a visit finds a problem

Additional work as needed
Ask about deep cleaning, pre-season preparation, end-of-season cleaning, linen and laundry, consumables or restocking, inspections, minor repairs between guest stays, urgent maintenance requests and larger refurbishment work. Any call-out, visit, materials or contractor work is confirmed in the quotation and agreed service terms. Emergency assistance depends on availability and the agreed response arrangement; no fixed response time is advertised.
